My idea of vacation

When you travel overseas (specially for a vacation), what is your idea of a perfect vacation? I know for my husband (who travels overseas very often for work), it would be to simply relax. I know few friends who would like to see museums, galleries etc. My nature loving sister would enjoy sight seeing etc. For me, what would it be? Hold your breath. And do not pass any judgements.

My idea of vacation is - 20% sight seeing (the very important and interesting places)- Museums and art galleries would simply not interest me or be a part of my itinerary. Broken walls would again have no place in my heart (Like my husband took me all the way to Berlin, to show me this broken wall- And its history would not impress/attract me either). For me sight seeing would have to be some magnificent, breath taking view, that just tickles my heart. It could be Grand Palace (Like in London, I could not have missed seeing Buckingham Palace- That's' another thing that my favorite Lady Diana is also associated with it). Royalty does mesmerize me and has some ethereal charm about it. 20% seeing the nightlife or adventure sports (basically activity- hiking, trekking, dancing, para sailing, etc etc), 20% seeing the beaches, mountains, rocks, greenery etc. And 40% shopping-Shop till I drop.

Outfit of the day

Dress: Christian Dior

Bag: Coach- Borrowed from sister
Location: Iolani Palace. Iolani Palace, the official residence of Hawaii’s monarchy, is a marvel of opulence, innovation, and political intrigue. The only palace in USA. It is magnificent and an important part of Hawaiian history.

Location: Nuuanu Pali lookout is the most scenic spots of Oahu. The Nuuanu Pali Lookout is a perennial favorite stop among visitors to Oahu. The panoramic views of the Windward side of the island from this expansive cliff can blow one away.
