10 reasons why women should stay away from weights training


1. Your hands might not remain as soft, specially if you do not wear gloves. You might break a nail.
2. You could even bruise a male ego.
3. You’ll eat properly and still be able to lose fat. Because of the gained muscle mass.
4. You’ll not look like a ramp model (anorexic) but would rather have well toned body like that of an athlete.
5. You’ll no longer be damsel in distress. You will end up doing your own work, lifting your own heavy suitcase and boxes. 
6. You will be seen in public wearing workout shoes and gear.
7. You’ll, sweat and feel sore. So unladylike!
8. You’ll be proud of your tight ass like J Lo instead of being self conscious about it like a normal woman.
9. You’ll be more active, confident and on the move instead of sitting around looking pretty. 
10. You’ll be stronger, leaner and sexier – and we all know where that can lead!
