1. Place one foot on Bosu and the other far back on the floor. Pick up the heel of the back leg and try to lower that leg as much as possible. Bend forward and place your hands on top of Bosu. This is good Hip Flexor Stretch.
2. Lie down on the floor with your head on Bosu. Knees are bent and feet flat on floor. Slowly raise up one leg straight up in the air. Make sure the knee is straight. You may grab hold of this leg with your hands. This is a good Hamstring stretch.
3. Lie down on Bosu. Legs are straight out. Slowly bend one knee and hug this knee in towards the chest. Straighten out the other leg. Try to touch your chin/ nose/ forehead to this bent knee.
