Snow peas- My breakfast


This was my breakfast today morning. In fact, it is my staple breakfast on many mornings after my workout.
Snow peas are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Folate, Iron and Manganese. It promotes weight loss. My source of getting it in Delhi is Nature's Basket. Normal vegetable vendors do not have it.
