Bosu core stabilisation exercise- Series 7

1. This is great core stabilisation exercise. Fold one knee and sit kneeling down on top of Bosu. Keep your hands folded across chest. Extend one leg straight out to side and bend to the opposite side. Keep repeating this and also hold for few seconds.





2. Ab crunches on top of Bosu. The knees are bent and folded. You are resting your back on top of Bosu and do ab crunches. Remember to keep scapula (shoulder blades) retracted. Exhale on the way up.
