Bosu Exercises series 3

1. Keep your one foot on Bosu. Lift up and leap up as if to throw basketball in the net.



2. Basic Step- Right foot up, Left foot. Right foot down, Left foot down.
This is basic- up up down down.





3. Propulsion and leap. Like basic, come up but then leap up on top and come gently down down. High intensity move, requiring more balance and coordination
