Bosu Exercises series 2

1. Alternate knee up as high as possible. It is good cardio and balancing exercise.



2. Jump up high in air. Throw your hands and legs open as if to make X from them. Land back with both feet on top of Bosu.



3. Alternate side to side lunges or tap. The move starts standing on top of Bosu and then alternately tap side to side.





4. These are back lunges. Standing on top, alternately press foot back.
