Bosu- Tricep-Series 44

Tricep Kickback

1. Stand with one foot on top of the Bosu and one foot behind on the floor. Hold weight in one hand, close to your waist and elbow is bent. You can rest the other hand on the thigh of the leg which is on top of Bosu. Try to keep the chest up and back straight.

From the above starting position, extend the hand behind. The movement should come from the elbow and not the shoulder.

2. Tricep in supine position

Lie down Supine on Bosu with your head resting on top of Bosu. Feet are on the floor with knees bent. Grab a dumbell in each hand. Bend your elbows and bring the weights down towards shoulders.

Take the arms up straight. and repeat as you lower them down again.

3. Tricep stretch

At the end of the workout, sit on Bosu and stretch the triceps you have worked on. Breathe into the stretch.

If possible grab another hand also from behind. Repeat on the other side too.
