My breakfast today morning

This is what my breakfast was today morning.
2 slices of multi grain bread, topped with cucumber, tomatoes, zucchini, Cottage cheese, lettuce, sprinkled with salt and black pepper, home made tomato ketchup (without any sugar).
It is very filling, very energizing and keeps me going till afternoon and makes me survive my morning workout session and morning work hours.
