Earlier, I have posted the pendant shown below, on my this blog post. It was a gift from my husband.

This is another gift he gave me. I love this kind of jewelry with dance (Tango) figurines. Both these have been made and imported from Italy.

                     I saw this cute idea of using empty perfume bottles as flower holders. Isn't it nice?

Enjoying my oil painting- Tango painting. It gives me so much pleasure. I have got the most patient teacher (who handles an impatient student like me). Check her painting website here. And join her painting classes. 

This is what I am making. Will post the complete picture, once it is ready. I am going to do series of canvas- all tango paintings.

Tango is the most romantic, sensual, seductive, passionate, emotional, sad, gloomy, mesmerizing, dance in the world. It is a dance of love, of mystique. It is profound, meditative, healing, fulfilling, expanding, connecting, exciting, mellowing, giving, taking, encompassing, exhilarating, celebrating and thrilling. These are not just mere words. These actually define Tango. It takes your whole life and whole being and yet it gives you life and your purpose of being.

Look what I have got

How cool is my new iphone cover. It is my favorite fuchsia color and it is personalized for me. 

I got this cute teddy as my Christmas present. I got many other presents besides this. But this one is special and you can see why. Thank you.

Fitnesolution gets a facelift

The old is being replaced by new. There is a makeover happening. Change is always for the good.

New and fresh things are being brought in. With Diwali lights, Fitnesolution is also beaming bright.

Obsessions of a Tango dancer

I have posted these Comme il Faut's here first. And then I embellished them here. Today, after coming back from Milonga, before I was about to keep them carefully back, I thought, i was not very happy with how I had adorned it. I wanted more. Yeh dil maange more (This heart desires more). So I sat and embellished it more as below.

I decorated it from top too.

The forefoot gets used and spoilt. It had turned white and black. Because in Tango, we pivot a lot on the ball of the foot. I repainted it using a nail paint.

Am so happy with the effect. Yohoo!! Now I can sleep peacefully and dream about using them in my next milonga.

I am working SO MUCH these days. No I am not complaining. I am happy doing that.
