Fitness stick



Starting Position : Put the tubing ends in both the feet and hold the bar in hands about shoulder width apart, stand straight and elbows flexed. 
Ending Position : Lift the right leg to the side slowly and at the same time lift the bar overhead diagonally to the opposite side. Exhale on the way up and Inhale on the way down. 
Muscles worked : Abductors (thigh) and Deltoids (shoulder). The core muscle help to stabilize and balance.
