My Mushroom Cap





Have I ever mentioned before that mushroom is my favorite vegetable?

Mushroom soup, mushroom baked, chilli mushroom and of course, mushroom cap- Bring it on.

Mushrooms are known to be good for boosting immune system. The varieties known as Reichi, Maitake and Shitake seem to be particularly useful. Another advantage is that mushrooms are fairly low in calorie content and can be eaten in large amounts especially when you rush in for a second helping of food. They can also be added to salads and soups and help in keeping your weight off the scale during cold months when your appetite increases.

  1. we never make mushrooms at my place. But yesterday only I had them at my uncle's place for dinner....ya tasty tasty...and I love Neutrella nuggets :)

  2. very cute connection between ,mushroom & mushroom cap ! Yeah mushrooms are supposed to be very healthy..but do you know very traditionally rooted Indian families dont eat mushroom,garlic Onion etc..why I wonder
