Healthy Breakfast Cereal

I am not too fond of carbs. I try to avoid complex carbs. Unrefined simple carbs such as fruits are OK.
But of late, my body has been craving for carbs. I made this extremely tasty, low fat, nutritious breakfast cereal today. It is so yummy.

It has
Amaranth- rich in grade-1 Protein and fiber. Full of micronutrients
Seeds:-
Seasame and Flax- Rich source of protein, omega3 ALA, Sesame and sesamol are great for cellular nutrition. Great source of lignin and valuable fiber
Melon- Rich in Vitamin E and protein.
Pumpkin- great anti-oxidant, rich source of micronutrients.
Sunflower- rich in Vitamin A,D, E. Very good for brain
Dry date, rose leaf, lotus seeds, Dry Amla

I added plain water to it. (Since I am lactose intolerant). But you can add milk, soya milk, almond milk etc to it. I loved it. You can also add fresh fruits like strawberry, apple etc to it.
