Watermelon and Melon


We all think that watermelon and melons are low in calories. And we can safely have as much of it as possible.
But.....
Bad news- and this applies specifically to India. I am not too sure of other parts of the world.

Have watermelon, and you will gain weight. Guaranteed.

Reason- In India, it is being injected with sugar syrup and red color and other chemicals to make it extra sweet and extra red. And that makes you put on weight.
