1. Keeping your hands on top of Bosu, attempt to do push ups. These are more challenging than regular push ups with hands on the floor.


2. Invert the Bosu, upside down and do the push ups. Stabilizing becomes more challenging.

3. Stretch
Finally stretch your pectorals by sitting on Bosu and placing your hands behind. Look up and expand your chest.

I think pushups is a fantastic exercise, helps to build strength and muscle in your whole upper body. And the variations like those on the Bosu ball, or a Swiss ball are fantastic
