1. Tricep overhead extension
Sit on Bosu. Take a dumbell in hand. Extend the hand straight up and exhale. Then bend it down and inhale. The movement should come from the elbow and not shoulder. This is unilateral movement.
2. Bilateral Tricep Overhead Extention
Instead of working with one hand, same movement can also be done using both hands. The dumbells are held in both the hands or else one heavier dumbell is held in both the hands.
