Thera Band exercise

Thera Band also known as resistance band is a wonderful piece of equipment for strength training and toning. It is so small that it can even be packed in your hand bag and used even during travel. It is color coded and comes in various resistance levels.

Place both feet on thera band and stand on top of it. Right hand grabs the band next to the left hip. This is the starting position.



Now pull the hand up as if drawing out a sword up towards right side, diagonally across the body.
Repeat few times and do it with other hand.
