My exercise routine goes like this..bit of stretching...bit of dumbbell..say 20-25..then ab exercise say 30 times and then 25 min tread mill...someone advised me, that i shud do treadmill first and then all the stretching and ab...i dont think i willhave the motivation to do any exercise after tread mill...

Great video. Technique is very important in getting perfect abs. Squeezing your abdominal muscles while you exhale can develop the muscles even further.
