Perfect technique to do ab exercises

  1. Thanks for the info. learned a lot from your videos. I need a advice..

    My exercise routine goes like this..bit of stretching...bit of dumbbell..say 20-25..then ab exercise say 30 times and then 25 min tread mill...someone advised me, that i shud do treadmill first and then all the stretching and ab...i dont think i willhave the motivation to do any exercise after tread mill...

    can u suggest, which is correct.
