Diwali is long over. But the after-effects of binging on sweets, fried snacks and not to mention booze remain. So it’s time to get serious about knocking off those extra pounds. Be it working out in gyms, taking aerobics or yoga classes or just dancing, party lovers in the city are leaving no stone unturned to shed off the extra kilos.
