  1. We must be on the same wavelength because I did strength training today :) I have been very bad about doing weights in the past. Always thought I didn't need it and didn't want to build muscle, but I like to be strong so I am experimenting with some weights now. This morning I did a triceps extension, lat pulldowns, bicep curls, and chest presses after warming up on the treadmill and elliptical. :)
