Many a times you see exercises being demonstrated in the airline. You should do the right stretches during long hours of your flight. I have worked with three different international airlines and suggested them the exercises that they demonstrate on screen to their passengers.

Here are some of my articles published in magazines featuring exercises for the travelers- Some to be done in flight, others that can be done in a hotel room.
