When we talk about personal training, a very important part is also rehabilitation. People who have any specific injuries/ weakness/ ailment/ disorder/ disease, want a specific workout. I get people with high blood pressure, diabetes, slipped disc, cervical problem, weak knees, asthma, thyroid, I have even dealt with people with TB. Sometimes we do special workout for pre natal and post natal fitness. Sometimes for corporates, having weak back or carpal tunnel syndrome.
Here are few of my articles published, demonstrating exercises to strengthen the back/spine.
